• CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: On the day of arrival rooms are available from 2 p.m., on the day of departure rooms must be vacant no later than 10 a.m.
• CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION: For a fixed booking confirmation, a 30% advance payment is required from the total amount of the stay.
• PARKING: GRATIS at the hotel reAktiv ***

*In case there will not be enough ordered dinners we will arrange for you to have dinner in nearby restaurant.

• In the event that the guest waives the reservation, the hotel reAktiv is entitled to reimbursement of the costs incurred due to cancellation.
• The amount of the refund for the cancellation depends on the time when the guest submitted the cancellation.

Hotel reAktiv is entitled to the following percentages of the price of the reservation in case of cancellation:

• up to 15 days before arrival - 30% of the reservation price
• 14 to 4 days before arrival - 50% of the reservation price
• 4 days to the day of arrival - 100% of the price of the reservation
